A stone is not sold until it is safely in your hands.
Everything leaves Islamabad double-boxed, sealed, and declared at full value with a courier we nominate ourselves rather than the cheapest one available. Risk stays with us for the whole journey: if a parcel is lost or damaged before you sign for it, that is our problem to solve, not yours.

In transit
Three to seven working days for most destinations, tracked end to end, signature required on delivery.

Duties
Import duty and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We will tell you the likely figure before you commit.

Returns
Fourteen days from delivery on loose stones, unset and unaltered, with their certification. We pay the return leg.
The Detail
Plainly put
Insurance
Every parcel is insured for the full invoice value. The premium is included in the shipping quote and never itemised later as a surprise.
Signature
We do not authorise a courier to leave a parcel unattended, with a neighbour, or in a locker. If nobody can sign, it returns to the depot.
Declared value
We declare the true value. We are occasionally asked to under-declare to reduce duty, and we decline: it invalidates the insurance and it is not legal.
Set pieces
Jewellery made or altered to your instruction is not returnable unless it is not as described, because it cannot simply go back into stock.
Refunds
Processed within five working days of a returned stone arriving and being checked against its certificate, to the account the payment came from.
Damage in transit
Tell us within forty-eight hours of delivery and keep the packaging. We handle the claim; you are refunded or replaced regardless of how it resolves.
